By registering for an account, embedding Seline scripts on your domains, or utilizing our forms, you signify your explicit agreement to be bound by these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you do not accept these provisions, you must immediately terminate your use of our platform.

2. User Accounts & Registration

To manage your form templates, configure target integration keys, and inspect feedback dashboards, you must construct a verified customer profile. You guarantee that all information supplied is completely accurate and current.

You hold full responsibility for keeping your credential tokens and private API keys strictly confidential. Any actions operating under your account tokens will be legally attributed to you.

3. Acceptable Use Guidelines

Seline is designed to gather legitimate, secure user feedback. You are strictly forbidden from utilizing our form networks or APIs to:

• Incorporate fraudulent phishing fields asking for plaintext passwords or credit card PIN codes.
• Distribute malware, trojans, or execute denial-of-service botnets against our collection API endpoints.
• Collect sensitive medical or health records protected under strict local HIPAA thresholds without entering our dedicated Enterprise Business Associate Agreement.
• Harass, stalk, or compromise individual privacy safeguards of your page visitors.

4. Cookie-Free Privacy Standards

Our primary architecture executes fully cookieless client-side logic. By avoiding standard browser fingerprinting and ad-tracking cookies, Mimo simplifies GDPR, CCPA, and PECR alignment.

However, you acknowledge that you are solely responsible for ensuring that the specific questions, email captures, or text payloads you request from end-users match your local region’s consent guidelines.

5. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE JURISDICTION LAWS, IN NO EVENT SHALL MIMO INC OR ITS PARTNERS BE LIABLE FOR ANY CONSEQUENTIAL, INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, STATUTORY, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, ARISING OUT OF SYSTEM DOWNTIME, CORRUPTED PAYLOAD ENTRIES, OR LOSS OF BUSINESS PROFITS.
