Create Forms Using AI

Tired of manually rebuilding complex forms? Our powerful "Image to Form" AI feature allows you to upload a photo or screenshot of any existing form and have it instantly converted into a fully editable draft in your workspace.

Step 1: Open the Import Menu

To get started, navigate to your central forms list.

1. Log into your Mimo Forms dashboard.
2. Ensure you are on the Forms tab viewing your list of active and draft forms.
3. Look near the top right of the forms list and click the Import button.
4. A modal will open presenting your import options.

Step 2: Upload a Screenshot

Next, provide the AI with a visual reference of the form you want to recreate.

1. In the Import modal, click on Image to Form.
2. Click the upload area or simply drag and drop a screenshot or photo of the desired form.
3. Once the image is selected, a preview will appear in the modal so you can verify it's the correct file.

Make sure your screenshot is clear and the text is legible! The better the image quality, the more accurate the AI will be at identifying field types and labels.

Step 3: Let the AI Rebuild It

Now, sit back and let our AI do the heavy lifting.

1. Click the Create Form button at the bottom of the modal.
2. You will see a loading indicator as the AI reads the image and begins structuring the fields.
3. Once completed, a success notification will appear.
4. The modal will close, and your newly generated form will appear at the top of your forms list in Draft mode.

AI-generated forms are saved as drafts so that you have an opportunity to review them. Click on the new draft to open the Form Builder, where you can make any necessary adjustments to field labels or types before publishing it live!
