Upgrading Your Plan

Whether your workspace is growing and you need higher submission limits, or you simply want to unlock advanced features like file uploads and custom domains, upgrading your Mimo Forms plan is a quick process.

Step 1: Access Your Subscription Settings

To manage your plan, you need to visit the subscription page in your dashboard.

1. Log into your Mimo Forms dashboard.
2. Click on the Settings tab in the main navigation.
3. Select Subscription from the settings menu.
4. Here you will see your current plan, your billing cycle (Monthly, Annually, or Lifetime), and your usage limits (Forms, Submissions, Storage).

Step 2: Choose a New Plan

Review the available tiers to find the one that best fits your needs.

1. Toggle the billing cycle at the top of the page (Monthly vs. Annually) to see the pricing differences. Annual plans offer a 20%+ discount!
2. Review the features of the Business Pro and Agency Use tiers.
3. Once you've made a decision, click the Upgrade button under the plan you want.

If you are upgrading from Free to a paid plan, you will be seamlessly redirected to our secure Stripe checkout portal to complete your purchase.

Step 3: Manage an Existing Subscription

If you are already on a paid plan and want to switch tiers or cancel, you must do so through the billing portal.

1. On the Subscription page, click the Manage Subscription button.
2. You will be redirected to the Stripe customer portal.
3. From here, you can update your payment method, view past invoices, switch between Monthly and Annual billing, or cancel your recurring subscription.

[!IMPORTANT]
If you have an active recurring subscription and you attempt to select a different plan directly in Mimo Forms, you will be prompted to manage the change through the billing portal first to ensure your billing is prorated correctly.
